Barden is partnering exclusively with an international renewable energy company looking to hire an experienced lawyer into its Legal team.

The role will be based in the Cork offices and work closely with the Development team and the MD there.

THE ROLE

The successful individual will report to the Head of Legal (based internationally) and will primarily support the business with energy related contracts such as O&M (Operations & Maintenance) agreements, EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) contracts, PPA (Power Purchase Agreements) contracts, and others.

The primary geographical scope will be Ireland and other European countries.

THE PERSON

Qualified Lawyer in a Common Law jurisdiction. Civil Law experience/qualification would be an advantage but not a requirement.
5+ years’ PQE.
Excellent experience in energy contracts and projects, ideally at an international level.
Fluency in German and/or other European languages would be an advantage.
