Reporting to the Group Tax Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing in-house tax capabilities and providing global tax support across the business.
This role offers excellent exposure to international tax matters and cross-functional collaboration.
Based in Dublin 2 with an expectation to commute to the office 1- 2 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
Transfer Pricing
- Support compliance with global transfer pricing arrangements
- Lead transfer pricing compliance and policy reviews
- Maintain transfer pricing documentation and filings
- Manage transfer pricing inquiries and audits
- Stay current on OECD, UN, and country-specific developments
Tax Accounting & Compliance
- Support annual audits and tax provision preparation
- Lead direct tax compliance for the group
- Manage tax returns and compliance documentation
- Handle tax authority inquiries and audits
- Implement technology solutions for tax reporting efficiency
- Provide internal training on tax compliance matters
- Monitor Pillar 2 developments
Tax Advisory
- Support ad hoc tax research and planning projects
- Provide commercially focused tax advice to business teams
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning
What You Need
- Qualification: ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent tax/accountancy qualification
- Experience: Demonstrable background in corporate tax and/or transfer pricing
- Skills: Strong communication abilities, project management experience, and strategic thinking
- Personal Qualities: High ethical standards, integrity, and collaborative approach
