What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborating directly with your team to enhance finance and operational functions.
- Supporting month-end, quarter-end, and regulatory reporting processes.
- Liaising with auditors and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives and interim staffing assignments.
What We’re Looking For
- ACA/ACCA/ CIMA qualified with 3+ years’ post-qualification experience in industry.
- People Management experience is essential.
- Experience in a MNC is essential.
- Proficiency in IFRS, US GAAP and local reporting standard.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills; experience with ERP systems is desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Working model:
- All work delivered from the firm’s Dublin office or from home (no client‑site work).
- Very flexible working arrangements, expectation to collaborate in the office a few times a month.
