About the Role
This role sits within a growing Private Clients Tax team focused on advising private companies, business owners and high net worth individuals. You will work closely with an experienced Cork‑based team and senior stakeholders, advising on a wide range of personal and private client tax matters while developing your technical expertise and client relationships.
The role would suit someone keen to take ownership, influence outcomes and continue progressing within a strong, established team.
Responsibilities
- Advising clients on private client tax matters including asset holding structures, personal taxation, shareholder issues and succession planning
- Supporting complex projects such as estate planning and buy and sell‑side advisory
- Preparing high‑quality technical tax advice and conducting research on legislation and case law
- Managing client engagements, including billing and fee management
- Delegating to and reviewing the work of trainees and junior team members
- Contributing to internal training and knowledge‑sharing within the Cork team
About You
- AITI qualified, supported by ACA, ACCA or equivalent
- Relevant post‑qualification experience within private client tax
- Strong technical foundation with the ability to explain complex matters clearly to non‑specialists
- Enjoys working as part of a collaborative, team‑led environment
- Client‑focused, commercially aware and keen to continue developing professionally
