Barden is delighted to partner with a global, high impact organisation in their search for a Senior IAM Engineer, focused on Okta.
This is a hands on, senior role where you’ll take ownership of identity and access management platforms, lead complex IAM initiatives, and act as a trusted technical expert for Okta and related technologies.
About the Role:
- Own and optimise Okta platforms
- Lead authentication modernisation and IAM integrations
- Design SSO, MFA, OAuth2/OIDC solutions
- Collaborate across security and engineering teams
About the Person:
- Strong hands on Okta experience.
- Deep knowledge of SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth2/OIDC.
- Scripting/automation skills (Terraform, Python, PowerShell).
- Ability to work independently and influence technical direction.
