Barden is working with an international law firm well established in Dublin who are looking to hire a Tax Associate to join its highly regarded Tax team.
The firm has an excellent domestic and international client base including leading financial institutions, multinational corporations and investment managers.
You will advise on a broad range of tax matters across financial services and corporate transactions, including debt capital markets, investment funds, M&A, aircraft leasing, real estate and cross-border tax planning.
You will work closely with partners on complex tax advisory work, collaborating with colleagues across practice groups and supporting clients on both domestic and international matters.
THE PERSON
The successful individual will be a qualified lawyer (NQ – 3 years’ PQE) who has completed or is in the process of completing the AITI Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) qualification, with relevant tax experience gained in a law firm or accounting practice.
