Barden is working with an international law firm well established in Dublin who are looking to hire a Solicitor to join its highly reputed Asset Management and Investment Funds department.
The firm has an excellent domestic and international client base including several leading asset management firms.
You will advise on the establishment and ongoing operation of Irish-domiciled investment funds and their managers, working with a broad range of clients across the funds industry.
You will draft, review and negotiate key documentation, while taking ownership of matters and collaborating with colleagues across offices.
The team often works on complex cross-border funds related transactions.
THE PERSON
The successful individual will be an Irish qualified Solicitor with 3-5 years’ PQE in asset management and investment funds, either in practice or in-house.
