An opportunity for an experienced and qualified accountant to join a multinational organisation as an Intercompany Accountant on a on permanent basis has arisen. This role sits with an new, exciting and growing energy business who are based in the city center with flexible hybrid working (circa 3 days a week in office).
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Preparation and review of the consolidated group reporting outputs;
- Ownership of month end group accounting for assigned areas;
- Business partnering with internal teams;
- Address external and internal audit queries as they arise;
- Assist in the monthly balance reconciliations;
- On-going process improvement and ad-hoc projects as they arise.
ABOUT THE PERSON
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 0 to 3 years PQE.
- Experience in consolidation, intercompany and working in a group environment is essential.
- Strong communicator, and comfortable dealing with multiple stakeholders.
- Adaptable to change and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritise work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
