About the role
- Providing a top class tax consulting service to a portfolio of financial services clients
- Researching and presenting detailed technical tax advice to support tax advisory projects
- Corresponding with both Revenue and clients on the clients’ tax affairs
- Working as part of a team with directors and partners, ensuring the smooth running of the department
- Involvement in sustaining and growing client business, proposing and winning new business and positively contributing to the overall development of the practice
- Supervision and development of a team of trainees, seniors, assistant managers and managers and liaising with the corporation tax compliance delivery team as needed
About You
- AITI/ CTC or both AITI/ CTC & ACA qualified

Ireland is a global hub for aircraft leasing, and this role offers the opportunity to work with leading international lessors, financiers, and aviation groups on complex cross-border transactions and structuring projects.
This is a leadership position within a high performing and growing team, combining technical excellence, client relationship management, and business development.
About the role
As Tax Director, you will:
- Lead the delivery of tax advisory and compliance services to aircraft leasing and aviation clients
- Advise on complex international tax structuring, financing transactions, and asset holding structures
- Provide guidance on Irish corporate tax, withholding tax, VAT, and international tax implications relevant to aircraft leasing
- Support clients on aircraft acquisitions, disposals, securitisations, and refinancing transactions
- Oversee tax due diligence and transaction structuring for aviation M&A activity
- Manage Revenue interventions and tax authority engagements where required
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with C-suite stakeholders, tax directors and finance leaders
- Drive business development initiatives and contribute to proposal development
- Mentor and develop senior managers, managers and wider team members
