About the Role
Our client is seeking a Tax Manager to take ownership of group-wide tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Working closely with internal teams, external advisors, and senior leadership, you’ll proactively manage tax risks and identify planning opportunities. Responsibilities
- Oversee corporate tax compliance across several entities and countries
- Manage R&D tax credit claims in Ireland and the UK
- Support the rollout of group-wide transfer pricing policies
- Oversee VAT compliance and reporting in multiple jurisdictions
- Provide tax advice on international payroll and employee packages
- Lead and support the growing tax team
- Develop and improve tax policies across areas like VAT, PAYE, corporation tax, and subcontractor taxes
- Work closely with teams in finance, HR, payroll, and commercial to ensure smooth operations
- Help drive team training, development, and communication
About You
You’re a qualified tax professional (Chartered Tax Adviser or similar) with at least three years’ experience in tax, ideally with some international exposure. You’re a natural problem-solver, a strong communicator, and someone who enjoys taking initiative. You’re comfortable leading others, working cross-functionally, and adapting in a fast-moving environment. Most importantly, you’re keen to keep learning and growing in your role.
