This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced client services professional to join a dynamic and creative organisation known for delivering exceptional live and virtual event experiences. The successful person will play a key role in leading client relationships, setting strategic direction, and ensuring excellence across all aspects of project delivery.
Based in Dublin, this is a full-time, permanent role offering hybrid working and a collaborative, people-focused culture.
The Role
Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional department heads, this person will:
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key client stakeholders and internal teams
- Develop a deep understanding of client goals, brand strategy, and business objectives
- Oversee strategic planning and account growth initiatives with clients
- Collaborate on creative briefs, offering insight and direction throughout the process
- Lead and mentor a talented project management team, fostering professional growth and excellence
- Work alongside department heads to deliver high-quality, on-brand event experiences
- Contribute to new business development and pitch strategies
- Drive continuous improvement in client satisfaction and internal communication
The Ideal Profile
- Proven experience in account management or client services within an agency, events, or marketing environment
- Strong relationship builder with a consultative approach and commercial awareness
- Confident leader with experience developing and mentoring high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of creative, design, and production processes within an agency setting
- Energetic, collaborative, and passionate about delivering outstanding client experiences
