Barden is thrilled to partner with our client, a proudly Irish-owned company, in their search for an Accounts Assistant to join their dynamic finance team in Dublin City Centre.

The Role
As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the finance team with:
- Sales analysis and reporting
- Processing intercompany expenses
- Assisting with management accounts
- Accruals and prepayments
- Collaborating with various internal teams
- Monthly analysis and budgeting
- P&L and balance sheet responsibilities
- Month-end processes
- Contributing to finance-related projects as needed
The Ideal Person
- Currently working towards a professional qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial systems
- A proactive, growth-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the business
- Comfortable working in a collaborative and evolving environment
