ABOUT THE ROLE
- Design and maintain operational procedures that meet audit standards and improve efficiency.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end accounting close and financial reporting for your area.
- Ensure SOX compliance and manage internal/external audits with auditors.
- Manage the preparation and submission of statutory accounts, tax returns, and tax provisions.
- Complete and report monthly/quarterly fluctuation analysis to Corporate HQ.
- Lead a professional accounting team, fostering continuous improvement and strong stakeholder relationships.
ABOUT THE PERSON
- Qualified Accountant with 5+ years PQE.
- Experience within a multinational/large company environment.
- Technically strong with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Extensive ERP experience.
- Positive attitude with a high level of personal integrity.
- Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
