About the Role
In this position your responsibilities will include;
- Leading a high-performing team and shape the future of a key division.
- Oversight of financial reporting, tax compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Acting as a strategic advisor to clients, driving long-term relationships and business growth.
- Contributing to the firm’s commercial strategy and process improvements.
About the Person
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
- Minimum 7 years’ post-qualification experience, ideally in practice.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams of 10+.
- Strong technical knowledge across accounting, VAT, payroll, and tax compliance is preferred.
- Commercial acumen and a client-first mindset.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
