ABOUT THE ROLE:
Our client is committed to harnessing the power of emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency across their business. As they continue their AI transformation journey, they are looking for an Applied AI Solutions Specialist to support the implementation and configuration of Generative AI tools, such as Microsoft CoPilot, to enhance their ways of working.
This role is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of AI adoption in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to configure AI-driven solutions, optimize workflows, and ensure seamless integration into our business operations.
Responsibilities:
As an Applied AI Solutions Specialist, you will:
- Lead the configuration and deployment of Gen AI solutions (e.g., Microsoft CoPilot, AI-powered automation tools) to enhance productivity across the organization.
- Partner with business leaders and teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven efficiencies and tailor solutions to their specific needs.
- Work with IT and security teams to ensure AI solutions are deployed in a compliant and secure manner.
- Drive adoption by developing best practices, providing training, and supporting change management efforts.
- Optimize AI-powered workflows within Microsoft 365, CRM, ERP, and other enterprise platforms.
- Evaluate AI solution performance, providing recommendations for enhancements or further integrations.
- Stay ahead of AI trends and emerging enterprise AI tools, identifying new opportunities to drive innovation.
Location:
- This individual will be based in Dublin and would be expected to be in the office at a minimum of 3 days a week.
- Travel to other offices maybe required.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
Experience & Skills:
- Have a deep understanding of 3rd party / AI / Gen AI tools & agentic AI including configuration and implementation of those technologies
- Proven experience in configuring and implementing AI-powered enterprise tools (i.e. 3rd party / AI / Gen AI tools & agentic AI ).
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and AI-driven automation.
- Experience working in AI configuration, digital transformation, or enterprise technology enablement.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions.
- Stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working across teams to drive technology adoption.
- Knowledge of data security, AI governance, and compliance considerations.
- Ability to train and support teams on AI adoption.
- Experience in change management or technology rollout projects is a plus.
- A passion for innovation and AI-driven transformation.
