Barden is working with an international law firm well established in Dublin who are looking to hire a Solicitor to join its highly reputed Aviation and Asset Finance department.
As a global law firm with Aviation & Asset Finance as a key area, they have strong teams in the major aviation hubs internationally from which they receive a significant amount of referral work and the opportunity to represent some of the key players in this space across the globe.
The firm is known for allowing for faster career progression than usual, with a very non-hierarchical environment and great access to Partners.
THE ROLE
You will work on a broad range of matters in Ireland and globally representing clients such as banks, financial institutions, lessors, aircraft owners, among others on complex asset and aviation finance and leasing transactions.
THE PERSON:
The firm is seeking qualified Solicitors at Senior Associate or Of Counsel level in asset and aviation finance. They will also consider Solicitors within top tier law firms with strong transactional experience in general finance, banking, project finance, corporate and other similarly transferable areas.
