Barden is partnering with a very well established and highly reputed law firm currently seeking a Solicitor with clinical negligence/healthcare experience to join their team in their Cork or Dublin offices.
The firm has a strong reputation and focus on litigation and dispute resolution, with an emphasis on healthcare and medical law.
THE ROLE
This position will focus on a wide range of defendant clinical negligence work. However, the scope will also include other healthcare law matters, inquests and regulatory and advisory work.
The role presents an exceptional opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in healthcare law looking to work with high profile clients on complex and challenging disputes, while having the support and shared knowledge of a team of highly experienced lawyers in this space.
THE PERSON
- Qualified Solicitor in Ireland with strong Litigation experience, ideally in defence medical negligence;
- All PQE levels above 2 years’ PQE will be considered.
