ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Lead IT operations for cloud and on-prem infrastructure services.
- Mentor and manage a team of technical SMEs to maintain high-quality infrastructure.
- Ensure system performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution.
- Oversee the implementation of ITIL processes and drive continuous improvement.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- 8+ years of experience in cloud and infrastructure management.
- Certified in cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, M365) and ITIL Service Management.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to drive team success.
