ABOUT THE ROLE
- Support business initiatives, preparing and developing new business cases.
- Analyse financial performance, delving into variances to provide insightful commentary and value-add recommendations.
- Preparing and presenting strategic initiative proposals.
- Work closely with stakeholders, mentoring them on all financial aspects of their business.
- Participating in group-wide projects as required.
ABOUT THE PERSON
- Be a qualified accountant with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience.
- Highly numeric and analytical.
- Strong systems orientation, including advanced Excel skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence.
