We are working with a well established mid-sized law firm currently looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its team in Dublin or Cork.
THE ROLE
You will work on high-value complex property and infrastructure projects across Ireland, such as:
- Commercial property transactions and contracts, acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development.
- Infrastructural and construction development projects including roads, utilities, planning and environmental matters.
- Compulsory purchase matters.
THE PERSON:
The successful individual will be a qualified Solicitor in Ireland with at least 5 years’ PQE in commercial property and/or infrastructures (more senior candidates will also be considered).
