Barden is partnering with a very successful professional services company focusing on the provision of company secretarial and corporate governance services to a wide range of domestic and international clients in a variety of industry sectors, including both SMEs and multinational organisations.
The company is currently seeking a Company Secretary with circa 3-8 years of experience.
This is a progressive and flexible organisation, well staffed, and the team enjoys good work/life balance. The organisation has offices in Cork and Dublin and, while some level of onsite presence is preferred, they are open to discussing remote arrangements. There is also potential for the role to be carried out on a part-time basis.
THE ROLE
You will provide a comprehensive suite of company secretarial services to clients, including company incorporation, corporate governance guidance, board and shareholder meeting support, statutory compliance, and the preparation of key legal documents such as notices, agendas, minutes, and regulatory filings. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong client relationships while overseeing and mentoring junior team members.
THE PERSON
- At least 3+ years’ experience as a Company Secretary, working and advising on Irish company secretarial and company law matters;
- Full ICSA qualification is a must;
- Excellent track record working in client facing roles, ideally in a similar professional services environment and with a range of different types of clients;
- Strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
