About the Role
This opportunity will suit a Corporate Finance Senior or Assistant Manager who enjoys working on varied, project‑based assignments and developing strong client relationships. You will be involved across the full deal lifecycle, gaining exposure to high‑quality advisory work while working closely with an experienced and approachable Cork‑based team. There is clear scope for progression for the right person.
Responsibilities
- Supporting M&A, valuation and business planning assignments
- Preparing business plans and funding proposals
- Carrying out financial due diligence and financial reviews
- Assisting with valuation reports and financial modelling
- Advising on debt and equity raises
- Supporting sale and purchase mandates, including information memoranda and data room management
About You
- Qualified accountant with experience in Audit or Corporate Finance
- Strong commercial awareness and interest in advisory work
- Enjoys working in a client‑facing, project‑driven environment
- Ambitious, self‑motivated and keen to progress within a growing team
