An opportunity to join a specialist Corporate Finance Advisory firm as an Analyst.
Partnering with clients to support the funding of essential services that benefit people and society, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with industry experts across:

This firm currently has offices in Dublin and London, with strong plans to open other global offices this year.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Support a variety of projects, offering comprehensive corporate finance guidance, including specialised advice on financing structures, valuations, derivatives, M&A, and disposals.
- Provide comprehensive advice to clients, including supporting documentation.
- Develop relationships with investors and lenders on behalf of clients.
ABOUT THE PERSON
- 1- 2 years’ experience in a corporate finance or lending role managing transactions and clients.
- Strong debt execution and/or derivatives advisory experience in the banking industry or corporate treasury function would be considered in lieu of the above.
- Ability to transform high level delivery requirements into high quality and detailed outputs.
