One of Ireland’s largest accounting firms, is growing their Corporate Finance presence in Munster. The team advises clients across a range of industries on all aspects of deal advisory. The team are recruiting a Corporate Finance Manager to join the team in Cork.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Working closely with senior members of the team, the role will suit motivated individuals who are keen to develop their Corporate Finance skills.
The successful candidate will work as part of a team delivering a high-quality service to clients and be involved in the following:
- Manage assignments such as M&As and Debt Advisory projects
- Assist senior management and partners in delivering a high value service to clients acting as key point of contact
- Managing transactions with clients including all stages of the transaction cycle and deal execution
- Work as part of a collaborative team; including providing training and guidance to junior members of staff.
- Proactively manage client relationships and develop new business including involvement in proposals
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Accounting qualified, ACA or similar or CFA qualified
- Experience in an accounting practice or similar environment, ideally with corporate finance experience
- Strong communication skills as it will be necessary to communicate clearly and concisely with senior management and clients
- Excellent commercial acumen and extremely professional
- Financial modelling experience would be preferred
- Highly motivated and ambitious
- Team player with good leadership skills
