About the Role
As Corporate Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role in transaction advisory, leading due diligence engagements and supporting clients through critical business decisions. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, manage project teams, and deliver insights that shape successful outcomes. This position combines technical expertise with commercial acumen and offers the chance to influence high-profile deals.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial due diligence projects for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions.
- Manage multiple engagements, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Analyze financial performance, identify risks, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to structure solutions that meet strategic objectives.
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the corporate finance practice.
About the Person
You’re a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with strong experience in corporate finance, transaction services, or deal advisory. Expertise in financial due diligence is essential. You bring excellent analytical skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines. Strong communication and relationship-building skills will set you apart.
