Barden is working with a leading law firm in Ireland seeking a solicitor to join the wider Corporate department, focusing particularly on charities law, governance and transactions.
The successful individual will work on high-profile, innovative, and complex matters facing charities today.
The firm would be keen to speak with Irish qualified Solicitors with 3+ PQE and with strong corporate governance and/or transactions experience. Prior experience in charity law is not a requirement but candidates should have an interest in the charity sector and/or charitable causes.
