The successful person will join a collaborative and high-performing finance team, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of core credit control and reporting processes.
The Role
Working closely with the Credit Control Manager, this person will:
• Support the wider finance and credit control function in managing daily operations and reconciliations
• Maintain and update key financial and customer databases across multiple systems
• Assist with the creation, validation and reconciliation of banking and sales files
• Perform weekly and quarterly reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Provide relevant data and reporting to internal stakeholders as required
• Support the implementation and testing of new systems and process improvements
• Contribute to ongoing governance and financial control initiatives within the department
The Ideal Profile
• 3+ years’ experience in a credit control or finance administration role
• Strong systems orientation with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large data sets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, collaborative approach
