The Role
Reporting to the Credit Manager, this role will focus on:
- Managing multi-currency debtor ledgers
- Reviewing aged debt and actively chasing overdue balances
- Ensuring adherence to credit limits and internal credit policies
- Maximising cash collection and meeting KPI targets
- Cash allocation and monthly reconciliations
- Escalating risks and supporting audit processes
- Working closely with the wider finance team and key stakeholders
About You
- 3+ years’ experience in Credit Control, ideally in FMCG or a fast-paced international environment
- Strong customer communication and negotiation skills
- Experience working with global distributors and online customers advantageous
- SAP experience preferred; strong Excel essential
- Results-driven, organised, and comfortable working to tight deadlines
