ABOUT THE ROLE
The successful person will be responsible for working closely with clients as they are being onboarded and working through their implementation lifecycle. You will be a key asset to the team as a whole by building on excellent relationships – working with clients on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance their use of the innovative products on offer. You will work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive engagement and satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for customer queries and concerns.
- Support the onboarding of new customers, ensuring they understand and effectively use the products.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and product adoption.
- Monitor customer health metrics and develop strategies to support clients to enhance their product usage.
- Work closely with sales to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Gather customer feedback and collaborate with product and development teams to enhance offerings.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients.
ABOUT THE PERSON
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role such as customer success. You must have key experience working closely with clients and customers.
- Experience as a business analyst or project manager will also be relevant for this opportunity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – excellent at dealing with people internally and externally.
- Ability to analyse data and use insights to drive customer success strategies.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proven experience of upselling and cross-selling to enhance product adoption with customers.
