Barden is delighted to be partnering exclusively with a leading Managed IT solutions provider as they look to hire an Account Manager / Customer Success Specialist.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, build long-term relationships, and play a key role in ensuring smooth and impactful service delivery. The ideal person will be proactive, people-focused, and comfortable working in a technical environment.
The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from home while collaborating closely with the team and clients, with very occasional travel to client sites.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
• Build strong, trust-based relationships and understand client needs
• Run regular check-ins/QBRs and prepare clear client reports
• Monitor account health and customer satisfaction
• Work closely with technical and service teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Support renewals and spot opportunities to grow accounts
ABOUT THE PERSON:
• Experience in account management or customer success (IT/SaaS/MSP ideal)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to explain technical information in a clear, client-friendly way
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and comfortable with CRM systems
