Barden is partnering with a mid-sized, highly respected and long‑established Cork law firm seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their practice.
The firm performs strongly and continues to grow, with large key clients and with an excellent book of business within employment requiring immediate support. The firm provides a wide range of employment law advisory, from negotiating and drafting employment contracts to representation for parties in employment disputes, advising and drafting employer policies and procedures, etc.
This position works very closely with the Employment Partner and is viewed as a strong succession potential in the short to mid term. While the firm has a preference for a mid-senior level solicitor for succession‑track, they remain open to considering succession‑ready individuals at partner level who will ultimately lead the employment practice.
