Barden has partnered with a leading global technology company to support the appointment of an experienced Escalations Associate to join their dynamic Customer Support function in Dublin.
This is a high-impact role focused on resolving complex, sensitive cases escalated to senior leadership. It offers exposure to executive-level stakeholders, the opportunity to influence customer experience strategy, and a strong path for growth within a fast-paced, global environment.
The Role
- Manage highly sensitive customer escalations end-to-end with empathy and sound judgement
- Act as a key liaison between internal teams and senior stakeholders
- Identify emerging trends and contribute to improving support processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely, fair, and effective resolutions
The Ideal Person
- 3+ years’ experience in escalations or complex customer support
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Resilient, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with ambiguity
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities independently
