Barden are delighted to be partnering with a leading Irish property development and investment company to recruit an Executive Assistant.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to work closely with senior leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The successful person will play a key role in ensuring the CEOs’ time is managed effectively and that operations run smoothly.
The Role
• Provide high-level administrative support including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
• Act as first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Cover reception duties including calls, post, couriers, and meeting preparation
• Prepare reports, presentations, briefing materials, and correspondence
• Coordinate board meetings, assist with board pack preparation, and liaise with board members
• Manage confidential information with discretion and integrity
• Oversee office-related tasks such as expenses, filing systems, and document management
• Support teams with administration and assist with special projects and company events
The Ideal Profile
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior executives
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise, multitask, and remain calm under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Digitally proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other tools
• Professional, discreet, proactive, and solution-oriented with a flexible “can-do” attitude
