ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Taking ownership of site facilities including WWTP, Tank Farm, Solvent Recovery, Utilities, Incineration and Waste Management.
- Leading a high-performing Technical Services team, developing capability and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Partnering with Production, Supply Chain and QA to ensure seamless operations and alignment across the business.
- Overseeing asset lifecycle management – from maintenance planning to plant optimisation and investment planning.
- Ensuring compliance with environmental, safety and GMP standards – always audit-ready.
- Managing resources, budgets and energy efficiency initiatives to support site and corporate objectives.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- An engineering background and at least 5 years of experience in pharma, chemical or process-driven industries.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, guide and develop teams.
- A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach – someone who thrives on challenges and embraces change.
- Confidence in compliance, documentation and regulatory requirements.
- A collaborative, communicative style – able to influence and build relationships across the organisation.
