Barden are delighted to be supporting our client to identify a Finance Business Partner for a thriving business in Cork.
This is a commercial role which will involve delivering high-quality and timely management information for informed business decision-making. The company has grown significantly over the last number of years and plans to continue this growth, aiming to double in size over the next 5 years.
An opportunity exists for an ambitious person to join the organisation and to be an important part of this exciting journey. Reporting directly to the CFO with regular engagement with the CEO, the ideal candidate will have an energetic attitude, be a strong communicator and commercially savvy.

ABOUT THE ROLE
• Preparing and delivering budgets, forecasts and detailed analysis
• Provide valuable insights to management for decision making
• Detailed cash-flow analysis and effective communication of variances
• Act as a trusted business partner to various departments across the Group
• Assist in the preparation of financial models for various projects, providing recommendations based on findings
• Challenge current processes with a view to continuous improvement
• Ad hoc duties and projects to support the growing needs of the business
ABOUT THE PERSON
• Professional Accountancy qualification with 5+ years PQE
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills
• Ability to work successfully on own initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Organised, efficient and confident personality, positive attitude
• Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
