Barden have been engaged to recruit a Qualified Accountant (3-5 years PQE) to join the finance team of a well-known Pharma business as a Finance Business Partner Manager in a permanent role.
Based in Dublin, 3 days a week in the office, full benefits.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Responsibilities –
- Financial Analysis;
- Budgeting and Forecasting;
- Managing Direct Reports;
- Liaise with Senior Leadership and Different Stakeholders.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
Qualifications and Skills Required –
- Professional Accounting Qualification (3-5 years PQE);
- Prior Budgeting/Forecasting, Financial Analysis or Business Partnering experience an advantage;
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders;
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to inspire confidence.
