ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Lead the full Commercial Finance service model, ensuring outsourced delivery is accurate, compliant, efficient, and aligned with business priorities.
  • Act as the primary bridge between the third‑party provider, Commercial Finance leadership, and wider stakeholders.
  • Oversee service performance against SLAs, KPIs, internal controls, and governance standards.
  • Identify issues, service gaps, and improvement opportunities; drive continuous enhancement across retained and outsourced teams.
  • Manage escalation paths, risks develop risk mitigation processes to enable successful outcomes.
  • Maintain and update SOPs, RACIs, and core process documentation.
  • Shape and manage the operating model for the Commercial Finance, ensuring clear ownership, effective engagement, and consistent delivery.
  • Align service delivery with enterprise planning, transformation initiatives, and business‑wide change programmes.
  • Partner with team leads and SMEs to advance automation, simplification, and standardisation across processes.
  • Evaluate the impact of organisational or structural changes such as acquisitions on service delivery, updating models and expectations accordingly.

ABOUT THE PERSON

  • 8–10+ years’ experience across enterprise reporting, FP&A, or commercial operations.
  • Strong capability in reporting frameworks, KPI design, governance, compliance, and data integrity.
  • Skilled in service delivery management, operating model design, and outsourced/vendor oversight.
  • Experience driving BI, reporting transformations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, structured problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders, influence outcomes, and lead teams through change.
