ABOUT THE ROLE
- Oversee revenue close processes across EMEA, including account reconciliations, and analytical reviews.
- Drive process improvements and automation using tools like SQL and AI.
- Provide guidance on accounting treatments for new products, projects, and complex transactions.
- Partner with Tax, Legal, and global accounting teams to align processes and standardize operations.
- Manage the launch, onboarding, and operationalization of Sales & Marketing entities while ensuring robust controls are in place.
- Gain a deep understanding of business operations to support analytical reviews and reporting.
- Contribute to statutory financial statement reviews and preparation as required.
ABOUT THE PERSON
- Qualified Accountant with 5-8 years PQE.
- Experience within a multinational or Big 4 environment.
- Technically strong with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude with a high level of personal integrity.
- Ability to work independently and communicate with all levels of the organization.
