Barden are delighted to lead an exclusive search for a prestigious Irish PLC headquartered in Dublin, to support the appointment of a Finance Manager to join their close knit team.

About the Role:
You will be a key member of the finance team, responsible for supporting the accounting function including technical accounting, consolidation and reporting across the group. You will support a high-performing team, ensuring robust financial governance, strategic planning, and insightful analysis to support the company’s growth and success.
- Drive best-in-class annual, interim, and monthly consolidated financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, insight, and full IFRS compliance.
- Own the external audit relationship and support complex technical accounting areas, in a high-growth environment.
- Provide financial oversight across multiple entities and jurisdictions, delivering strong performance management, governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Support and collaborate with finance team members while contributing to strategic initiatives such as M&A and other value-adding financial analysis.
About the person:
- Qualified Accountant with at least 4 years PQE.
- Proven track record within a large Irish PLC or detailed experience from practice audit of PLC clients.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge of accounting principles and procedures essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
