Barden is partnering with a global professional services firm to find a leader for their Finance Transformation team. A quick heads-up—this isn’t a traditional accounting role. It’s for someone who thrives on change, strategy, and building from the ground up.

About the Role
- You’ll lead transformation programmes for global clients—transitioning finance operations, designing new operating models, and ensuring seamless delivery.
- You’ll own the commercial agenda (P&L, pricing, negotiations) while building trusted relationships with CFOs and senior leaders. Expect to collaborate with partners, lead sales pitches, and oversee delivery across multiple jurisdictions.
About the Person
- You have a track record of leading large-scale finance transformation or outsourcing programmes.
- You understand what makes global organisations tick and can design operating models that work across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. You’re commercially sharp—comfortable with pricing, profitability, and contract management—and hold a recognised accounting qualification with strong IFRS and Irish/UK GAAP knowledge.
- Most importantly, you’re a leader people want to work with.
Audit or FAAS backgrounds are a plus. Transformation or consulting experience? Even better.
