Barden have been engaged by an Irish company who are significantly scaling internationally to invite an experienced accountant to join their team as a Financial Accountant.
This is the ideal opportunity for an accountant looking to step up into a broad financial accountant role, sitting closely with leadership.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Preparing monthly management accounts.
- Supporting the budgeting and cash flow forecasting process.
- Providing analysis and support to assist with commercial and strategic decisions.
- Preparing variance analysis and commentary.
- Preparing statutory filing and returns.
- Consistently striving to create improvements and efficiencies in current processes.
- Assisting in ad hoc support and analysis.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Qualified accounting professional with minimum 3 years PQE;
- Must have previous financial accounting experience within an industry;
- Strong communicator and ability to liaise with various stakeholders;
- Highly organised and ability to multi-task;
- Ability to problem-solve;
- Excellent MS office skills, particularly Excel.
