Barden have been engaged exclusively by one of the world’s most recognised brands to identify a Financial Accountant to join the team. The business is undertaking a significant system enhancement project across Finance in the coming years so there is lots happening across the team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, driving process improvements and supporting critical inventory and intercompany operations. The successful person will gain strong experience in month-end processes and get the opportunity to business partner with multiple different departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of month-end reporting within assigned deadlines;
- Manage intercompany processes and inventory accounting for your assigned entities;
- Responsible for compliance with Local GAAP and SOX controls;
- Support relevant metrics reporting and contribute to system testing for process enhancements;
- Develop relationships across business units and drive automation and efficiency initiatives;
About You:
- Qualified accountant with strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Systems experience is desirable but not essential;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Self-starter with a process-focused mindset and a team-oriented approach;
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
