Rapidly growing Irish company (SME), PE Backed, have engaged Barden to introduce a Financial Controller to their team.

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant, with 5+ years PQE, ideally with strong commercial acumen, working in a hands on Controller position in an SME environment. Reporting and assisting an excellent CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational finance team, ensuring the successful close of the monthly close process, year end audit process, building out the budgeting and forecasting process in time, and support on adhoc projects as they arise.

Hybrid working 3 days a week in office with good WLB.
