Barden is proud to partner with a leading financial systems provider to assist in their search for a Financial Systems Support Specialist to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a technical support professional with SunSystems experience to join an established company with a strong reputation in the Irish market.

About the Role:

Provide 1st/2nd line technical support for SunSystems and integrated financial applications
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
Perform data imports/exports between financial systems.
Assist with basic system configurations and upgrades.
Work closely with implementation consultants on client projects.
Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.

About the Person:

Experience in technical support/helpdesk roles.
Strong knowledge of Windows environments and SQL databases.
Experience supporting SunSystems.
Excellent troubleshooting skills for software and networking issues.
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and manipulation.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
