Fraud Review Analyst | Fully Remote | Shift Based
Every platform that handles money, claims, or user trust has a problem. The problem is fraud. And behind every good fraud operation, there are sharp, detail-oriented people quietly making the calls that protect real users from real harm.
This is one of those roles.
A well-established global platform is growing their team ahead of their summer peak, and they are looking for a Fraud Review Analyst to join them. The team reviews suspicious claims and activity, working through a caseload of cases each day using a combination of manual investigation and data analysis. It is methodical, meaningful work that requires people who know how to read signals, connect the dots and make sound decisions under pressure.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will work through a daily caseload, investigating suspicious activity at the account level. That might mean reviewing documentation, identifying connections between users, spotting fabricated details or examining payment anomalies. You will be supported through a structured two-week onboarding programme before your caseload builds. Average case closure sits at around ten days, and the team works closely with colleagues across the wider business.
ABOUT THE PERSON
Experience spotting fraudulent signals in any of the following areas:
- Insurance claims or case management
- Fraud payments or financial crime
- Trust and safety, from platforms such as PayPal, TikTok, Meta or similar
- Document verification or identity fraud
Tooling experience is a bonus but not a barrier. They will train you on their internal systems regardless.
The practicalities
This is a shift-based, fully remote role. The preferred schedule is Tuesday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm (Irish time), with some flexibility on start time. A Sunday to Thursday pattern is the second preference. Office space is available if you want it, but no one is expecting you to use it.
