Barden is delighted to be partnering with a high-growth SaaS organisation to identify a French speaking Functional Product Analyst to join their team. This role will allow for you to play a key role in client delivery and functional ownership across enterprise software implementations. This is a permanent opportunity.
We’re looking to speak with professionals who thrive at the intersection of business and technology – those who can lead workshops, capture precise requirements, configure solutions, and guide clients through successful implementations. This role is all about ensuring clients achieve a smooth go-live experience, strong adoption, and long-term value from the platform.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Lead requirements discovery and client workshops; translate findings into functional specifications and user stories.
- Configure the platform to client needs, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
- Own UAT cycles – from planning through execution and sign-off – ensuring quality delivery.
- Map integrations between client legacy systems/ERPs and APIs, coordinating test plans and data validation.
- Produce client-ready artefacts (process maps, acceptance criteria, release notes) and deliver training/enablement sessions.
- Act as the primary client contact during implementation, managing risks/issues and driving momentum to go-live.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- 4 – 7 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or in a functional delivery role, ideally in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- Strong track record in client-facing delivery, including workshop facilitation and stakeholder management.
- Fluency in French will be a key requirement for this role.
- Solid requirements discipline (user stories, edge cases, non-functional requirements) and UAT ownership.
- Skilled at bridging business and engineering teams, with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Advantageous: knowledge of payments/financial workflows, ERP or supply chain integrations, API literacy (REST, auth), basic SQL for data checks.
- Any exposure to Oracle/Oracle APEX is a bonus but not essential.
Please note while this role can be based remotely in Ireland, you will be available to travel 10-20%. There is no sponsorship available for this role.
