An exciting opportunity to join the Global Mobility team of a leading international Plc, headquartered in Dublin!
Barden are delighted to partner with this globally renowned business to help identify a Global Mobility Manager to join their team on a fixed term contract.
Ideally this will suit an experienced global mobility professional with a strong understanding of global mobility practices as well as global immigration and tax requirements. This role will sit on a fast paced and dynamic team, supporting executive management and key stakeholders while offering exposure to the broader business on an international scale.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Deliver the annual Global Mobility Plan;
- Manage the day-to-day mobility program operations, liaising with employees and stakeholders and providing support on all mobility matters;
- Deal with all aspects of cross-border situations;
- Design and deliver templates, processes and maps to ensure compliance and awareness of responsibilities;
- Ensure policies, procedures and governance structures ae in line with industry standards;
- Educate and promote the understanding of global mobility within the business;
- Manage the assignee salary and bonus review process and execute the payroll process;
- Prepare budgets and forecasts to support the finance function;
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
ABOUT THE PERSON
- At least five years’ experience in a similar role;
- Experience in a multinational global mobility function advantageous;
- Excellent understanding of mobility practices;
- Deep understanding of tax, immigration, social security and policy;
- People management experience;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with various stakeholders;
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced and dynamic environment.
