In this role, you will report to the CFO and play a key role within the finance leadership team, partnering with regional finance groups, senior executives to drive innovation and growth. This pivotal position is ideal for a dynamic finance leader with deep technical knowledge, a transformation-driven approach, and a history of optimising systems and processes.

ABOUT THE PERSON
- Ensure accurate, timely Group financial reports and statutory filings across jurisdictions, maintaining IFRS/local GAAP compliance and strong internal controls.
- Oversee external audits for all entities, fostering smooth processes and effective governance frameworks.
- Develop and manage budgets and rolling forecasts, monitoring KPIs and delivering actionable insights to leadership.
- Provide financial analysis to support commercial decisions, drive profitability, and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead finance transformation initiatives, implement automation, and optimize tools like Workday and Adaptive Insights.
- Partner with senior leadership and global teams to align strategies and ensure unified reporting across regions.
- Maintain strong relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and external experts to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) required, with Big 4/Top 10 audit experience preferred.
- 10+ years in finance, including 5+ years in senior roles; expertise in group consolidation across multiple entities and currencies.
- Proven ability to manage audits, statutory reporting, and regulatory compliance across European jurisdictions.
- Experience in finance transformation, automation, and shared services/BPO environments; proficiency with ERP tools (Workday, Adaptive Insights).
- Advanced IFRS/local GAAP knowledge and strong Excel capabilities.
