About the Person
We’re seeking someone who brings:
- A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
- At least 7 years’ post-qualification experience, ideally within practice.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams of 10 or more.
- Strong technical expertise across accounting, VAT, payroll, and tax compliance.
- Commercial insight and a client-focused approach.
- Excellent communication skills and a solutions-driven mindset.
