About the Role:
You’ll take ownership of all the technology that keeps the business moving—from manufacturing and supply chain systems to quality and compliance platforms. Think SAP S4 HANA, manufacturing execution systems, and the operational applications that keep the business running.
You’ll lead a team of circa 15 people, shape the strategy, and make sure everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
- Lead the technology roadmap for supply chain and manufacturing
- Manage a growing team (a mix of existing talent and new hires)
- Oversee key systems, including SAP S4 HANA
- Work with vendors and partners to deliver the best solutions
- Ensure everything meets industry compliance standards
About the Person:
- 5+ years experience managing technology in a manufacturing, production, or similar environment
- Strong SAP knowledge (S4 HANA is a big plus)
- A leader who can build teams and influence stakeholders
- Comfortable with both strategy and rolling up your sleeves
- Experience with regulatory frameworks is desirable
